Standard delivery
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Delivery times vary between 4-7 working days. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Can I change the delivery address in advance?
This is only possible if you indicate at check-out that you want it delivered to a different address.
Can I change the delivery address afterwards?
This is possible when you have received a message from the carrier. In the message you can indicate whether you want to receive it at a different time or address.
Coordination takes place outside of Johndooh.
Delivery costs
The stated prices include shipping costs in the Netherlands . The shipping costs for abroad:
- Europe, depending on the country is between €7.90 – €25.00.
- Rest of the world € 25 and up
These costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL, DHL and DPD.
