Are there any costs associated with the return?

Yes, return costs are involved for returning an order. Costs are € 5.70 per package.
Through us return portal you can arrange everything online, up to printing a return label.

When can I return purchased items at the latest?

You have 14 days the time to return the product without stating reasons, commencing on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging with original hangtag.

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • Returns are only accepted within the return period of 14 days.
  • The clothing has not been worn and/or washed.
  • There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors or cigarette odors on the items.
  • No attempt has been made to rectify a defect.
  • The original hangtag is still attached to the item.
  • If reasonably possible, return the item in its original packaging.
  • The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer.
  • Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with description within 14 days of delivery.
  • If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and to charge you the shipping costs.

What is the exchange or return procedure?

Do you want to return an item? Of course we think that is a shame, but it is of course no problem.

1. Give in us return portal your zip code and order number. The system immediately sees which item has been purchased.

2. Follow the instructions on the screen.

3. Place the item to be returned in its original packaging. If the bag is damaged in such a way that it can no longer be used, we request that you purchase a shipping bag or box to return the product.

Please note: the item must be unworn and with the attached price tag.
If this is not the case, we cannot process the return.

4. Drop off your return shipment at a delivery point of your choice and keep the proof of shipment.

5. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return has been processed. You will receive the purchase amount back on your account within 14 days.

How can I track my return?

You can easily follow the status of the return via the track and trace code of the chosen carrier, which you received in your email when you created your return order.
It is the intention that you deliver your return package to one of the carriers pick up / service points in the Netherlands.

When will I get my money back?

When we have received your return package, we will refund the money to your account within 14 days, minus the return shipping costs of € 5.70.

Can I return SALE products?

Yes, this is possible. You can return SALE items under the same conditions.

I can’t log in to the return portal and I want to return. What should I do?

Contact customer service by sending an email to shop@johndooh.nl and state your name and address details, date order and order number.
